"No refusal" DUI checkpoints could be coming to Tampa

• CBS News

Florida is among several states now holding what are called "no refusal" checkpoints.

It means if you refuse a breath test during a traffic stop, a judge is on site, and issues a warrant that allows police to perform a mandatory blood test.

It's already being done in several counties, and now Unfried is working to bring it to the Tampa Bay area.

Arizona voters have the ability to make driving a limited Constitutional 'right', with whatever protections against official abuse they wished - IF they were to get off their dead lazy ass.

It all starts in Arizona.

AZ Supreme Court rules you signed away your Rights to refuse to be bled when you aplied for your Driver's License.

No inconvenient warrant required.

No nurse or doctor either, they just have the cop try to stick that needle in your vein.   Have plenty of straps on the chair to hold you down if you refuse.

Oh, you do have the Right to refuse.  You lose your license for a year.  Your insurance is canceled and you are essentially convicted of DUI.  Oh, and they still strap you down and take your blood.
