Congressional Hopeful Celebrates Win at Nevada GOP Convention
Written by Brock Lorber Subject: Politics: Republican CampaignsIn fact, Dyer was on the phone with his family sharing the news when State Senator Bob Beers sent the convention into indefinite recess. Although disappointed that the recess took focus away from his election as a delegate, Dyer is pleased with the work the convention has completed so far, including passage of a platform that could have been lifted directly from Dyer's Issues page.
"We had a lot of people coming up, telling us to leave," for security reasons when the Nevada Republican Party halted the convention, Dyer said Wednesday. Dyer remained in the back of the room with his wife Debra, though, ready to participate if the convention could retain it's quorum.
According to a Wednesday press release from the Ron Paul campaign, Dyer was congratulated by Dave Gibbs, a member of the Clark County GOP Executive Board and observer of the election.
Dyer is a former Navy Intelligence Specialist and current Army Reservist. If Dyer is elected as the GOP's congressional candidate for CD-1, he will most likely face incumbent Shelley Berkley in November's general election.

If they are acknowledging his election then all of the other ballots casts then for the Ron Paul delegates are just as acknowledged :)
