It is not what he says this time, it is the precedent of federal intervention in government schools throughout the nation in what a short generation ago were local matters.

One can expect an annual visit by whomever sits in the oval office.  And later perhaps a monthly pep talk for some federal bureaucrat or another.  All feeding inti the heads of impressionable youth.
