A man that authorities say is suspected of being a graffiti vandal who tagged more than 300 sites around Phoenix over a 20-month period has been sentenced to one year in prison.
The Maricopa County Superior Court says 27-year-old Joel Delgado was also sentenced Tuesday by Judge Daniel Martin to four years of supervised probation

My Wife said the same thing when I read her the story.
I would prefer he got a public horse-whipping, and save the taxpayers the cost of the years' incarceration, as well as make him weigh the cost next time he's out at 3:00 a.m. with a spraycan - but that's just me.
